Robert Maraia was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and lived in Los Angeles for many years before residing in Florida. With an extensive background in hospitality, property management and global procurement, Robert's robust negotiating skills saved the industry-leading companies for which he worked, millions of dollars.

Robert is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Florida, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist (CREDS), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and an Accredited Property Valuation Specialist™ (APVS). His abilities to guide buyers and sellers who are experiencing family and relationship restructuring come not only from his education on these issues, but through his own experiences and first-hand knowledge of property ownership and property separation, and how these are affected by divorce and probate.
